Waffle Goat Milk

Ingredients

Ways

1. Heat up the waffle maker. Break the eggs and beat until frothy.

2. Beat flour, goat’s milk, baking powder. salt and vanilla extract in a bowl. When the batter becomes soft, set aside.

3. Apply butter or oil to prevent sticking.

4. Pour a spoonful of batter into the waffle maker and cover.

5. Leave for 4-6 minutes (until the red button turns green).

6. For topping, put butter, fruit, nuts, honey and cinnamon powder.

Goat's Milk Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ways

1. Steam sweet potatoes in a steamer for 10-15 minutes (until soft).

2. Toss. Place sweet potatoes in a bowl.

3. Mix goat’s milk, butter, cinnamon powder, and salt.

4. Mix once with sweet potato. Crush with a fork.

5. Serve with chopped nuts.

Cinnamon Rolls Goat Milk

To bake

1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2. Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until browned.

3. For frosting, beat coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and goat’s milk.

4. After baking, add the frosting.

5. Ready to serve.

How to

1. Heat the chocolate goat’s milk and 1/4 of the butter in the microwave for 1 minute.

2. Cool.

3. Mix flour, coconut sugar, salt and cinnamon powder in a separate bowl.

4. Put the lukewarm milk into the dough mixer. Add the yeast and stir for 10 minutes.

5. Add the dry ingredients. After that add the eggs and stir for 5 minutes.

6. Knead the dough into a ball shape.

7. Let it rise for 1-2 hours.

8. Roll the dough into a square shape. Cut the dough 1/4 inch thick.

9. Brush the melted butter over the dough. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and coconut sugar.

10. Roll the dough into rolls.

11. Let it rise for 25 minutes.

Mac & Cheese Goat Milk

Ways

1. Boil macaroni in boiling water.

2. Melt the butter. Add flour. Beat for a few minutes.

3. Add chicken stock until thickened.

4. Add the grated cheese and stir until sticky.

5. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and enough herbs to taste

Goat's Milk Turmeric Cabbage Puree

1. Heat the oven to 230°. Put the cauliflower into a baking tray covered with aluminum foil.

2. Sprinkle coconut oil and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes 9 (until golden).

3. Put the goat’s milk butter in the pot. Followed by onion, ginger, garlic, salt. turmeric powder and cayenne powder.

4. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

5. Add vegetable stock and boil for 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower.

6. Then, add goat’s milk and lemon juice. Boil for 5 minutes.

7. Put it in a blender and grind it until it becomes a puree.

8. Serve it with coriander leaves.

Matcha Latte Goat Milk

Ways

1. Put matcha green tea powder into a heat-resistant glass or mug.

2. Pour hot water into it. Stir for 2 minutes.

3. Add goat’s milk and stir until it turns milky green.

4. Add honey or sugar to taste.

Green Smoothie Goat Milk

Ingredients

Ways

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Grind.

2. Pour into a glass or bowl.

3. Can add grains such as barley, oats, chia seeds and legumes.

Flourless Goat Milk Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Ways

1. Heat the oven to 175°. Place the parchment paper in the springfrom tray. Brush the edges of the tray with melted butter.

2. Melt cacao powder and butter using the double boiling method.

3. Separate the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites for 5 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar. Beat again for a minute.

4. Finish this one. Beat the egg yolks for 5 minutes. Add coconut sugar and beat for a minute. Add coffee, vanilla and mix. Add melted butter and cocoa powder (filtered). Mix.

5. Mix the two with almond flour. Stir until there are no lumps.

6. Pour into a tray. Bake for 30-35 minutes (prick with a toothpick to see if it’s cooked)
